from Coffee Bean...

i like it so much...
melts in my mouth...
aahhhh... so yummy...

my colleague suggested this lasagna
when we went for our lunch break...
glad i asked for the lasagna...

patut la Garfield suka makan lasagna...

hahahaa....

burgers kat Coffee Bean not bad...
tapi tak berbaloi bayar mahal makan burger simple jer...

i came from a small town in Kelantan...
my mother is from Kemaman...
i love going back to both kampung...
lots of things to eat...
lots of fun thing to do...
being together with family is priceless...

picnic is fun...
we get to cook together... eat together...
good food... heaven...

pernah makan ketam kulit lembut?
saya tak pernah...
ada depan mata pun tak makan...
sebab tak makan seafood... hehehee...
family members yang lain memang hantu seafood...
tak tahu lah kenapa penyakit makan seafood tak berjangkit...
kenapa la tak boleh nak makan...
aduhai...

kenapa panggil ketam kulit lembut?
obviously sebab kulitnya lembut...
ketam boleh dimakan keseluruhan isinya tanpa membuang kulit..
kenapa?

Kulit ketam menjadi lembut apabila ia mengalami proses bersalin kulit. Kebiasaannya ketam yang digunakan adalah jenis Ketam Nipah. Juga dikenali sebagai Ketam Bakau atau Ketam Lumpur (Mud Crab).

Tujuan bersalin kulit ialah untuk tumbesaran. Bila sampai waktunya, ketam akan bersalin kulit. Caranya, ketam akan menyerap air dengan banyak dan tisu-tisu badannya akan membengkak sehingga kulit lama tidak lagi dapat menampung lalu ia terpisah dari badan ketam. Sekali proses bersalin kulit akan membesarkan ketan sebanyak 1/3 daripada saiz asal. Kulit baru akan mengeras dan menebal dengan bantuan air garam dan mengambil masa 2-4 hari. Jika dikeluarkan daripada laut, proses itu terbantut dan kulit tidak menjadi keras. Semasa proses pengerasan selalunya ketam tidak akan makan dan akan cari tempat perlindungan daripada pemangsa. (~_~) mesti ketam2 takut masa ni... huhuuu...

 my friend Ninie always invited us to her house to get together

the food is always great...

 the one that i like the most is her pancake...
pancake and maple syrup... marvelous!!

 not forgetting her organic drinks...
that one is not my favourite...

cukup sekadar merasa...

orang sekarang berniaga nak untung...
buat packaging besar2...
claim jajan makanan sihat plak tu...
hmmm... mangsanya peminat jajan...
makin lama makin gemuk...

first time makan kat Pepper Lunch... agak jakun...
hahahaaa... nasib baik makan dengan maciku...
dia pun first time so terkial2 la kami berdua...

but it was fun!!

my first was at Pepper Lunch Food Republic One Utama...
beratur panjang dan masa dapat jer tukang masak suruh
gaul cepat... hehehee...

dengan pantasnya berjalan cari tempat duduk...
dah tak pandang kiri kanan...
plate panas kot...
and nak kena cepat... nak kena gaul...
step by step...

Spread, Sizzle and add Sauce...

first attempt berjaya dengan melecur lidah...
gopoh and gelojoh so dapat la bahanya...
berair mata sebab panas...
ehem ehem... kalau sesorang malu la jugak...
tapi maciku pun sama berair mata...
end up tergela-gelak...

hahaha... enjoying our first pepper lunch...
dan sekarang dah tak jakun sangat...

banyak western cuisine and coffee untuk dipilih...
but i don't drink coffee...

so hot chocolate would be my choice...
